Please return the permission slip to attend the practice for the Fifth Grade Closing Ceremony on Monday, June 11th if you have not already sent it in.

The Fifth Grade Closing Ceremony will be at 9:00 A.M. (please arrive around 8:30) on June 13th at Cosby High School.  Please return the bottom portion of the form sent home on 5/31, so we can make arrangements for buses.
